ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All orders typically process within 1–2 business days, Delivery in the UAE taking 2–3 business days and GCC delivery taking 5–7 business days. Delays due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances are possible. Rest assured, we always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you experience a delay in your order, please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out.

We offer free shipping within the UAE for orders above AED 250. For GCC countries, shipping is available with no customs fees — only standard shipping charges apply. Some GCC countries may require you to provide your National ID number and expiry date to ensure smooth customs clearance and prompt delivery of your order.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS AND CHARGES

Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

  • UAE: Free shipping for orders above AED 250.
  • GCC: Shipping charges apply, but no customs duties or fees will be charged upon delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem! Please email us (with your Order #) at Orders@eg.k-beautyshine.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange the return or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and not damaged in any way.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or kit must be returned as a whole set.
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by K-Beauty Shine if the above requirements are met.

If the return is due to an error by the customer, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

A quick note on packaging:
Minor dents or scuffs on the outer box can occasionally occur during long-distance shipping from Korea. These are considered normal and not classified as product damage. We take great care in packing your order securely, and any light wear to the packaging does not affect the quality or safety of the product inside.

Returned products may take 3–10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
